For colleges and universities
The same spine, grown up.
Subject-wise attendance percentages that decide examination eligibility, semester results, credits, hostel and fees — for undergraduate and postgraduate institutions that have outgrown a school product.
A college is not a large school, and school software knows it.
Attendance is per subject, not per day, and a percentage decides whether a student may sit an examination at all. Results come by semester with credits attached. Hostel is a second institution with its own register. Software built for Class 4 bends badly around all of this.
What that looks like in practice
Attendance where the percentage decides
Period and subject-wise, with the running percentage each student and each parent can see before it becomes a problem in the examination hall.
Semesters, not terms
Examinations, results and progression built around a semester and its credits.
Hostel as its own thing
Blocks, rooms, beds, allocation, hostel fees and movement in and out — connected to the same student record as the academics.
Fee heads that match how a college charges
Tuition, development, examination, hostel and transport as separate heads, each with its own treatment and its own report.
Staff records that survive an inspection
Qualifications, appointments and verification attached to the person, not in a folder in a cupboard.
Data in India
Hosted in Mumbai, with each institution separated inside the database itself.

Be careful what a vendor promises about affiliation.
University affiliation reporting differs by university, and any vendor who tells you at a first demo that they already support yours has probably not read your handbook.
We will tell you what we generate today — enrolment, attendance, results and staff — and what your office will still assemble by hand. That is a shorter list than it was, and it is not yet empty.
One thread, from the first day of nursery to the last day of a master's.
The same record follows the learner. What it means — and who is holding it — changes at every stage.

Preschool
Age 3–5
Attendance, a photograph and a nap-time note — reaching a working parent before their lunch break.

Primary
Class 1–5
Homework, reading practice, and a first report card a parent can actually read.

Middle
Class 6–8
The topic quietly not understood — found by practice in August, not by the examination in March.

Secondary
Class 9–12
Board-pattern marks, checked by a second teacher before a single parent sees them.

College & PG
UG and PG
Credits, attendance percentages, hostel and fees — the same spine, grown up.
The questions worth asking
Including the ones where our answer is no.
- Do you handle our university's affiliation returns?
- Not as a one-click submission. We generate the underlying figures with everything traceable; the format your university wants is something we would look at with you honestly before you buy.
- Can students sign in themselves?
- Yes, with their own credentials, and see their attendance percentage, results and fees.
- Do you support multiple departments and streams?
- Yes — programmes, streams and subjects with their own structures, staff and fee heads.
Instead of a wall of logos
What you can check for yourself.
Your data never leaves India
Hosted in Mumbai. Every institution's records are separated inside the database itself — not by a line of application code somebody could forget to write.
Built for the DPDP Act 2023
Parental consent, withdrawal and erasure are working features, including the stricter rules that apply to a child's data.
UDISE+ without the fortnight
Your return is generated from the records you already keep, and every figure can be opened up to show the rows it came from.
Readable by everyone
Measured against WCAG 2.2 AA across every screen on every release — because a grandparent at the school gate uses this too.
Bring your handbook to the demo.
The useful hour is the one where we go through your university's actual requirements and tell you which of them we meet today.
