Grievance officer
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 requires a named person to answer data requests and complaints. This is who, and how to reach them.

Who to write to
Grievance Officer: [OFFICER NAME] [YOUR LEGAL ENTITY NAME] [YOUR REGISTERED ADDRESS] grievance@edustians.com [YOUR PHONE]
Please include your name, how to reach you, the institution concerned if there is one, and what you would like us to do.
What happens then
We acknowledge within [YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT PERIOD] and respond within the period the Act requires. If your grievance concerns a school's records, the institution is the Data Fiduciary and we will route it to them and tell you we have — we will not simply pass you on and go quiet.
If you are not satisfied
You may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. We would rather you did not have to, and we would rather hear the complaint first.
Security reports
If you have found a security problem, write to security@edustians.com rather than using this route. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it. We will not take legal action against someone who reports a problem to us in good faith and gives us a chance to fix it.
Something here unclear or wrong? Tell us — we would rather fix it than defend it.
