For K-12 schools
Everything your school runs, and one place to see it from.
Admissions, attendance, fees, examinations, transport, staff and the parent app — one record per child, entered once, and a number at the end of the day that the office and the accountant both agree with.
You are not running one system. You are running nine.
Fees in Tally. Attendance in a register. Marks in a spreadsheet on one teacher's laptop. Notices on WhatsApp from somebody's personal number. Each one works. Together they mean the same child's name is typed nine times, a parent's question takes three phone calls to answer, and the UDISE+ return costs a fortnight of somebody's evenings.
What that looks like in practice
One record per child
Created at admission and carried to the transfer certificate. Attendance, marks, fees, transport and documents all hang off it — nobody retypes a name, and nobody reconciles two spellings of it in March.
Collection you can see daily
Cash, cheque and online in one figure, split by head and by mode, with the defaulter list ordered by how old the outstanding amount is.
Marks checked before they are published
Entered by the subject teacher, verified by a second person, then published as one act — and nothing is visible to a parent until you publish it.
Parents reached on the channel they read
App notification first, then WhatsApp, then SMS. Once each, in your school's name, and never at eleven at night.
The inspection file, already assembled
UDISE+ figures generated from your own records, staff documents attached to the staff they belong to, and every number traceable to its source.
Your name on it
Your school's own web address, with your name, logo and colour — and the colour refused if white text on it cannot be read.

The change happens in one term, not one weekend.
Most schools start with admissions and fees, because that is where the money and the anxiety are. Attendance and examinations follow in the next term, once the office trusts the system with something that matters.
Your existing records come in from a spreadsheet, and we read the file with you before anything is loaded — a bad import is much harder to undo than a slow one.
One thread, from the first day of nursery to the last day of a master's.
The same record follows the learner. What it means — and who is holding it — changes at every stage.

Preschool
Age 3–5
Attendance, a photograph and a nap-time note — reaching a working parent before their lunch break.

Primary
Class 1–5
Homework, reading practice, and a first report card a parent can actually read.

Middle
Class 6–8
The topic quietly not understood — found by practice in August, not by the examination in March.

Secondary
Class 9–12
Board-pattern marks, checked by a second teacher before a single parent sees them.

College & PG
UG and PG
Credits, attendance percentages, hostel and fees — the same spine, grown up.
The questions worth asking
Including the ones where our answer is no.
- Does it handle CBSE, ICSE and State board formats?
- Yes. Grading scales, report card layouts and examination patterns are set per school, so two schools on different boards each get their own.
- How long does it take to get running?
- A single school with clean records is usually operating on admissions and fees within a few weeks. We will give you an honest estimate after seeing your data, not before.
- What does it cost?
- Per student, per year, with the parent app included rather than sold separately. The pricing page has the current range.
- Can we get our data out again?
- Yes, at any time, in a standard format. A system you cannot leave is a system you should not join.
Instead of a wall of logos
What you can check for yourself.
Your data never leaves India
Hosted in Mumbai. Every institution's records are separated inside the database itself — not by a line of application code somebody could forget to write.
Built for the DPDP Act 2023
Parental consent, withdrawal and erasure are working features, including the stricter rules that apply to a child's data.
UDISE+ without the fortnight
Your return is generated from the records you already keep, and every figure can be opened up to show the rows it came from.
Readable by everyone
Measured against WCAG 2.2 AA across every screen on every release — because a grandparent at the school gate uses this too.
See it with your own classes and your own fee structure.
A working demonstration on your school's real shape — not a slide deck and not somebody else's demo data.
