Every school app assumes you have one child, in one school.
So a mother with children in three schools carries three apps, three passwords and three sets of reminders — and not one of them can tell her what Tuesday looks like for her family. The problem is not the apps. It is that each was built as though her other children do not exist.
What that looks like in practice
One account, however many schools
Your children appear together. Each school sees only its own child, its own fees and its own messages — that wall is enforced in the database, not promised in a brochure — and you see one family.
You hear about an absence the same morning
Not at four o'clock, and not from your child. On the app if you read it there, on WhatsApp if you did not, on SMS if neither.
Fees paid at ten at night
By UPI or card, from the sofa, with a receipt that arrives because the bank confirmed the money — not because a screen said so.
Report cards you can actually read
Bands and a trend rather than a decimal, so you can tell whether your child is improving without asking a teacher to interpret it.
Photographs of your child, and only with your say-so
You decide whether your child appears in the school's photographs, you can change your mind, and changing your mind works backwards.
Nothing you buy is visible to the school
If you buy extra practice for your child at home, that is between you and us. The school has no view of it at all.

Practice and explanations your child can work through at home, chosen by what they have and have not understood, in fifteen or twenty minutes a day rather than an evening.
This part is yours, not the school's. You buy it, you cancel it in one tap, and the school never sees that you did either.
The questions worth asking
Including the ones where our answer is no.
- How do I get an account?
- Your school creates it and sends you the details. There is no public sign-up — a stranger should not be able to make an account that claims to be a parent at your child's school.
- My children are in two different schools. Do I really get one login?
- Yes. That is the one thing here that nobody else in India does.
- Can I use it without installing anything?
- Yes. Your school's own web address works in any browser, and messages reach you on WhatsApp and SMS regardless.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- Your account is yours. Your child's school records belong to the school and follow its retention rules; the parent account and anything you bought are yours to take or to close.
