Pricing

Per student, per year. Everything included.

No per-module pricing, no charge for a parent's account, and no separate licence for the app. If your roll goes up, so does the bill — and if it goes down, so does the bill.

Three shapes, and the third is a conversation.

The numbers below are set by us and are not yet published on this page — ask at a demo and you will get a written quotation, not a range that moves.

What is not in the price, stated here rather than discovered later.

Every one of these is a real cost that lands on a school. They are not ours to charge, but you should know about them before you plan a budget.

  • Payment gateway charges

The aggregator that moves a parent's money to your account takes its own percentage. That contract is between your school and them — we never hold your fee money, which is a regulatory position rather than a preference.

  • SMS, and its DLT registration

Transactional SMS in India needs your school registered as a Principal Entity — around ₹5,000 a year — plus the per-message cost. The ladder is built to use SMS last, precisely because it is the expensive rung.

  • WhatsApp conversations

Meta charges per conversation, billed to your school's own WhatsApp Business account. Most schools spend very little because the app notification usually lands first.

The questions people actually ask about price

Do we pay extra for parent accounts?
No. Every parent of every student on your roll is included, however many children they have and however many devices they use.
Do we pay per module?
No. Transport, hostel, library and the rest are included whether you use them or not — so nobody has to make a budget case to turn on the library.
What happens if our roll changes mid-year?
It is counted at the start of the year. A school that grows in October is not sent a bill in October.
Is there a setup or migration fee?
Not for a standard import from a spreadsheet. If your data needs real cleaning work we will quote for it before doing any of it, never after.
Can we leave?
Yes, and take your data with you in a standard format at any time. A system you cannot leave is a system you should not join.
Is the learning content included?
The practice a school sets is included. The wider library a family buys for home is separate, is bought by the parent, and is not charged to the school — nor is it visible to the school.

A written quotation, after an hour on your own data.

We would rather quote on your real roll and your real fee structure than publish a number that turns out to be wrong for you.
